Return & Exchange
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice a problem with your purchase, contact us within three (3) days at hello @glowupstudio.com . If an item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, we will work to find a solution for you.
right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at hello @glowupstudio.com or send the completed return form (download here: [ Download return form ] ) to our address below.
To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send the notification before the expiry of the 14 days.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Items that have been specially made according to your wishes are excluded from cancellation.
- Opened or used items that can no longer be resold for hygiene reasons are also excluded from the return.
return process
We only accept returns if they are initiated no later than 14 days after we receive the goods. The items must:
- Be new, unused and in the original packaging.
- All instructions and Glow Up Studio tags included.

Shipping costs and refunds:
- In principle, you are responsible for the return shipping costs yourself. However, you are welcome to contact us and we will examine your case. We will then decide individually whether we will cover your shipping costs.
- Once we receive and inspect the items, we will refund you via the original method of payment.
- It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Important information about returns
Our products are carefully packaged to avoid damage during transit. For returns, please keep the original packaging, proof of purchase and all labels. If outer boxes have been damaged in transit, you may be required to provide additional packing materials.
Please note:
- Return costs will not be refunded.
- We are not responsible for items lost on return. Please keep the receipt with tracking number as proof.
